RP Etiquette
We have stumbled across various issues that could need a hand to be fixed. This is not an order, more a guildeline till how social community might better accept us as we are.
1: We have all had our days of boredom, but please avoid sinking to the "lollers" level. By that I mean, randomly calling minions/Pets, casting spells for no reason, yelling stuff that isn't fully seen as IC to your charecter. Abuse of side effects counts under this too.
Instead use this time to find something to do, dungeons, Random RP with someone, PvP? Or just chat on OOC channel.
2: There's a little too much OOC in /say (((as in too many brackets!))). People wielding this talk like they didn't care.
Instead of using OOC in /say.. Add a little as an emote? But very little, if longer talk is needed, bring it to a channel or party or whisper. Less brackets people.
3: Many seem to not know much about discipline at meeting, gatherings or events. Using various toys, actions and so on, you know "Bored" actions at these times.
Instead if you start feeling bored, have yourself excused, or atleast try not to show it. Remember, ALL WATCHERS ARE THE FACE OF THE ORDER! So what you do might affect everyone else!
4: Many people seem to have gotten a third sense towards some people, making it able for them to completely disappear for you (/ignore). But this ain't fully the correct solution to everything, you might miss out on something. Emotes should be answered if the seem to be logical
(Example, a guy spits on you across the room (not possible) so you might need to ask if it was wrong emote or he would like a new chance of doing it the real way - I know people don't want to ask others to correct their mistakes, but try).
One more thing to add is.. No one is god.. so if you do something towards others you might not know/care about/care for (but isn't used to) or something alike..
Try and say "Kae tries to kick Miranis in the butt" or attempt - Instead of writing "Kae kicks Miranis in the butt".
Give people a chance to react. Come to one last bit, you might end up in a emote-fight where people would end up rushing you for a response, if you feel that you cannot keep up or handle it - then ask politely if you may see the emote again or skip this fight (I know you can't skip a fight RL) In the end, you chose who you wish to RP with.
